I was sitting at my desk today wearing my loafers that I brought back from Italy, where I was playing soccer for a couple months, and was thinking about all the cool and interesting places my team mates and I ate at. There was this one place right by the Spanish Steps in the heart of Rome that served the absolute best pasta dishes out of a wood fired and regular gas brick oven.
